On the occupational injury pathway, care for your work-related injury starts without delay. Based on your answers to the preliminary questionnaire, you'll be connected directly to a video consultation with an orthopedist, or to the customer service chat if your injury requires in-person treatment at a clinic.
The service is available every day between 8–20.

The costs of the initial assessment and start of treatment for an occupational injury are covered by your employer's statutory accident insurance. The insurance company makes the final decision on whether the injury is covered.
Report the injury without delay. If your occupational healthcare provider is somewhere other than Pihlajalinna, let Pihlajalinna know your employer's accident insurance company and policy number right at the start of your visit. If possible, find out this information before you begin the process.
