Health Advisor is a service for assessing the need for treatment intended for Pohjola Insurance customers. The chat is free of charge.
In the Health Advisor chat, a guardian can only use the service on behalf of a dependant under 12 years old. If you are acting on behalf of a dependant over 12 years of age, please call the Pohjola Health Advisor service on 0100 5225.
If you wish to ask about your insurance coverage, please call the Pohjola Insurance customer service at 0303 0303.
The service is open every day from 7 am to 10 pm.
Use of the service requires identity verification. By clicking the "Accept and proceed to identity verification" button, you will be directed to authentication.
Pihlajalinna serves as the service provider and controller of data for the assessment of the need for treatment.
