Iholinja, Dermatologist’s chat
Through the Iholinja chat service, you can consult a dermatologist without an appointment, with a response within 30 minutes. The chat dermatologist can address various common skin problems. These include acne, atopic eczema, rosacea, and psoriasis. The dermatologist will assess your symptoms based on preliminary information, photos and your messages in the chat and give you a diagnosis and treatment plan. If necessary, they will refer you for further examination or direct you to book an in-person appointment.
The service is not intended for skin problems associated with intense general symptoms (fever, nausea etc.), suspected cases of scabies, or problems that require closer examination, such as suspected occupational diseases. Drugs affecting the central nervous system (e.g. strong painkillers, sedatives, and sleeping pills) cannot be prescribed remotely via chat.
The service is open on weekdays from 10 AM to 2 PM.

The price of the service after Kela reimbursement is €103.50, including the service fee and clinic fee. You can find the price list on the website.
